An exquisite Victorian item manufactured by the English house Wedgwood during the second half of the 19th century, composed of a white on blue porcelain cameo representing the classic marine figure of the woman holding the anchor, sustained by an 18kt gold frame and bracelet, embellished by diamonds and very fine white enamel work. England, c. 1880.
