The stylized calla lily embellished with a cluster of 54 square and fancy-shaped buff-topped cabochon rubies approximately 9.75 cts, centering 3 collet-set round cabochon emeralds, the sides set with 33 round diamonds approximately 1.70 cts, approximately 18 dwts. By FARAONE. Made in Italy, circa 1970s.
