Elegant suite of diamond jewelry in a circular and star shaped motif comprised of a necklace which can be converted to a choker and two cuff bracelets in 18k white gold. Necklace approximately 37 carats. Two cuffs total weight of diamonds 38 carats. Made in Italy, circa 1980.
