An imposing cocktail ring centering a 12ct cabochon ruby, confined by a circular pavè of brilliant cut diamonds (3ct weight), embellished by an additional waved circumference presenting smaller cabochon rubies on a black diamond pavè. 18kt gold mounting. Circa 1990.
